I face life directly with eagerness. I don’t like waiting. When I get involved, I really get involved. Whatever I do, I do whole-heartedly.

It’s not my style to speak or act forcefully. I am not afraid of the spotlight but I don’t like to draw attention to myself. As a leader, I am assertive only when necessary.

I would rather not take the lead, but when I do my actions are based on principled policy. I accept responsibility and hold myself and others accountable. I am willing to make sacrifices to keep my promises and do what is best for my team.
